It appears that Believe believes in posting this topic in the debate forum so that he can please his boss whom he believes is a female, who according to his belief visits this site. And if we are to believe what believe is saying, then I am sorry to observe that only a boss who is nothing less than a nincompoop would indeed be very pleased with an employee that has such an impeccable IQ and foresight to be able to believe in pleasing her.
So, this post is not a debate topic, but an effort by a believer who believes in pleasing his female boss.

We are all immature and lost and are at the debate section looking for similarly lost souls who share their views and try and clear up our own haze. Since you are so clear in your mind, already have the answers why debate at all? You know you asked the question so your boss will appreciate the fact that you like women for supervisory roles. You should have said that in your opening statement, why use up ten posts, get us all aggarvated or annoyed at the least.
What is your motivation behind posting such topics at the debate section. Why dont you chat instead and not use up forum space?
