Female Boss or Male Boss?

i believe the question is not about the gender, it is about the compatibilty with the boss, i believe if you are good at your work, it really does not matter, however if you need favours and are not sincere then you would like to have choice between a male and female boss.

The boss should be a person who can carry his subordinates along with him, whatever may be his decision he need to atleast tell his juniors, he need to groom them, he should be a person who can harness the skills, he needs to concentrate on the strengths of people and try and ignore weakness of his team and slowly eliminiate the weakness.

A boss should be a leader he should know when to reprimand and when to pardon, he should lead by example, i believe this are the qualifications of a boss, whether a male or female.

I think people who are starting topics should know the basic rules of debating. Like any debates, such a person should put the debate into motion by posting his/her views.
As far as the topic is concerned, I think the gender of the boss is totally irrelevant. As long as the person concerned is efficient and good at his/her job, it really does not matter. And if one, as a worker has problems with the gender of his/her boss, then it is better he/she quits the job and apply elsewhere.

no probs with gender....i want a boss with a good personality and pleasing disposition 😛 😛

If a gal become a boss many ego issues will come.She may b more eficient but still most of the guys will not be able to accept it.Even i had seen guys resigning the job that they can't work under gals..
But as for as from my side i prefer a boss who is more efficient and understanding too..
Whether boss is a male or female doesnt matter

i really need to congrulate you for you have a funny bone, inspite of everyone suggesting, requesting and pleading you, you continue you frivolous topic with a vieled tirade aganist women, what do you mean by you like female boss because she visits sites, trust when you say your boss is a female she is indeed a female or unlike you not a frivolous, and indeed if she reads what you write then i feel she should transfer you and as a punishment not give a PC to work with, for atleast we would be saved from you iginomity.
