At the Mandir Komo turns around and gives Bajaj aarti and tells him to take Prashad. Suddenly she says how should I call you Dhanraj or Bajaj? Bajaj again thanks her for what she did for him.
After getting the shot he could only see Prerna infront of him. Then he says how he got saved, two men found him and took him to the hospital where the doctor treats him and he went to a coma for 15 years. When he opened his eyes he wanted to see Prerna. The doctor told him that he was in a coma for 15 years. Then komo enters to take the reports from the doctor and is shocked to see Bajaj there. Komo tells Bajaj that he shouldn't want to see Prerna it has no use she is very famous now and Probably doesn't even think of him. If she loved him then she would've searched for him... but now Prerna has Anurag with her and is happy with him and she has forgotten him. At first Bajaj doesn't want to listen to Komo but Komo tells him she's changed Komo tells him to think about it Prerna could've searched for him but why didn't she try to find him for the last 15 years? Then Komo takes Bajaj with her to Prerna and Anurag and shows them together. Bajaj asks who the man is with Prerna... Komo says its Bajaj and tells him the whole story of the plastic surgery. Komo says they even put Sampada in their plan... Basu shot you but Prernaput the blame on Sam. Bajaj gets angry seeing them and says that he wont spare AP and he will give them a huge punishment which will also be Prerna's last Kasauti! Bajaj says... Basu shot me I can forget that but they betrayed me and that I'll never forget. Bajaj says he had to Kill Rishabh Bajaj because that Bajaj loves Prerna too much to punish her... So Dhanraj had to do the work
Bajaj says he tried to trap Anu by making people believe he's Dhanraj and wanted him to steal the diamond but he failed... And he says Komo telling Anu to not marry Prerna because Bajaj was alive was just a small change in the plan... Everyone thought he came back by coincedence but he was there already. They couldn't do anything except accepting him. He just acted as if he had lost his memory and even the accident was fake. Bajaj again says Now the Old Bajaj is dead who loved Prerna more then anything and lived for others then for himself... He recalls the day that the chandelier was about to fall on Prerna but they had to change the plans. He spoilt his own car brakes he wants to make AP's life a living hell by ruining their friendship. Bajaj says no one can save them from this Last Kasauti. He again thanks Komo.
Komo says : Mr Bajaj.... aap mujhe baar baar thank you bol kar sharminda kar rahe hain. Yeh to sirf mere paapon ka prashtyad hai. Komo shakes hands with Bajaj and Bajaj leaves. Komo begins to laugh she says... Mr Bajaj agar aap Baadshah hain to main bhi Hukkum Ki Rani hoon... Aap to sirf ek mohra hain. I also want to take revenge from my enemies! Anurag and Prerna! She turns around to Kaali Maa and says this time you won't even be able to save AP!
