Should USA citizens marry Indian Citizens

There's a new trend in USA these days. Kids who were born here or grew up here or did school/college here, & are american citizens, are going back home to India, to get married.

May be its individual preference, but I think when a person has lived in US for some years, the mentality changes automatically & it becomes harder to adjust with your partner (who is in India & will come to US one day).

What do you guys say?

No Ashley1 every onew likes you , maybe at the current moment not many debators were on line. 😛

Actually the trend you are speaking of has always been there . Indian boys living abroad always look out for girls from India . Not as often with Indian girls in the U.S though (since many aren't ready to leave U.S or U.K and settle in India).

There is nothing wrong with it . Yes of ten there are adjustment problems , but the couple usualy manage .

what r the probs u think they face?? As long as they understand each other and are ready to stand with each other under any circumstance ,i don think any problem can occur.

In my opinion it is k as long as the partner in India isn't doing this for s green card, which is one of the major reasons why these marriages turn sour.

As long as a greed for a green card is not there, this is ok.😊

well, there are many girls here in US who go to India to marry someone. It will take some time to get used to the new situation they are in but they will be able to handle it. India is WAY different than America in some ways, so, it'll be a while, but I think going to India to marry isn't a bad idea

Love is Blind....Marriage is Eye opener.....

in my opinion, in marriage understading each other is more imp,.... not nationality or religion etc etc...

You people know in India marriage time Groom is comming on hourse, why u know..to give him last chance to escape... 😆 ...hmmm..Bachelors know more about women than married men, if they didn't, they'd be married too. 😳
