^^ I am so glad I am not any girl contestant's fan here😆 I just find such explanations like Alisha (and others also) keep on giving totally bizzare. Fact is it's easier to perform salsa with heels on rather than without heels irrespective of whether you ever heels in your whole entire life or not. The hip movements come out better with heels on. Girls can't get that thrust and sway and swing in their in their steps without heels. That's why I was LMAO on Alisha's irrational claims after her first salsa performance😆
