C'mon Gauri, I am sure you would have seen a lot more variety and brands of runners and tennis shoes than all the people in India - how many heeled tennis shoes have you seen? How can people jog or play tennis or run in heeled tennis shoes? Those are made for sports yaar. Most tennis shoes, any brand, are made to look with all those curves and all for good balance... See the picture below. No offense, okay la.... 🤗 You know I always love your frank comments, na? 😃

akku, I have also seen slippers that look exactly like tennis shoes from front but they are slip -ons with back missing. I have seen loads of designs with heels. I never claimed people run in them. They are actually very comfortable to wear for travel etc. Seriously, I am amazed you thought there could be only one variety of tennis shoes or sneakers.

See some of the sneakers designs here...sorry, can't copy paste the image.

Oh those ones! Gotcha!! Even I own two pairs like that and still didnt cross my head - well, they are still sitting in the boxes!! sshhh... 😉 But, it wouldnt have been those kind, as it would be very hard to dance in them... She had her heels covered as well, if you watch closer... 😃

I am not saying she has the cut-offs on here. I sensed platform heels in her shoes. May be I was mistaken but as far as this clip is concerned but I find the irrelevant explanations like never worn heels etc over the top😃

anyways, different dance forms require different type of shoes. One can't dp ballet with heels or tennis shoes, hip-hop with ballet shoes or heels or salsa with tennis shoes/sneakers or ballet shoes😊 Doesn't really matter what she has been wearing all her life....and Ranchi is really not that small a place either😊

Yes I know what you are talking about - even I saw it and to make sure I watched it around 10-12 times, with pausing in all angles to make sure. I think she was talking about those pointy high heels - even I dont wear them, even after living outside India all these years. Salsa usually require you to have those high heels though - they are kind of 2-3 inches or more!!
