here are the requirements for the medical program:

  • 1. Biology: one year with laboratory experience.
  • 2. Chemistry: two years with laboratory experience.
  • 3. Physics: one year.
  • 4. Mathematics: one year of calculus.
  • 5. Expository Writing: one year.
  • also, a course in biochemistry is encouraged

I think Harvard also wants its students to have taken AP courses--especially in these areas, and really high SAT scores & high scores on AP exams.

Good Luck. šŸ‘šŸ¼I am sure you will do fine. For more information, i suggest looking into their website and getting involved. Remember, if you have your heart set on Harvard, thats great, but i suggest applying to other IV league schools with a medical program as well, like Columbia and Yale

If you're taking the SATs try above a 2200 and I think they also would like 3 SAT subject tests and prefer 600 or above on each subject test.
You should also have great grades, AP classes and extracurriculars.
I think they also require an interview, so prepare for that.
Go to their website for their detailed requirements.

    Good Luck!!

Yep I see everybody has provided all the essential information.

All the best for, Harvard! It really is very hard to get into it.

Besides all the academic stuff, you really need to be active in a lot of extracurricular activities and should have done a lot of volunteering.

They look for well rounded students so academic excellence is not the only thing they look for in the applications.

Try to be at least a member of a bunch of clubs in your school. Maybe even student or school council. Run for office positions as well.

    Depends...
    if you're applying for undergraduate:
background and probably one of the most famous news about harvard: it is a *intsert bad word* to get into..
you need to be in the top 95-98 percentile, have top scores for sats, and a well rounded time aroudn school and shouldn't be all about school but it is good if you're in some sport and in clubs...
basically they look for a smart well rounded person
