Aishwarya's accomplishments make hubby Abhishek jealous of her

Mumbai, Feb 12: With her drop-dead gorgeous looks and a smile that can launch a thousand ships, Aishwarya Rai melts many hearts and makes famous beauties go green with envy. So much is the lady glorified and hyped, that her accomplishments have started to itch her better half Abhishek Bachchan.

Fighting to emerge out of his daddy dearest Amitabh Bachchan's shadow and internationally renowned globe-totting wife Aishwarya, the third ace of the Bachchan Parivaar has gone on record to confess that he is envious of his wife.

But before you start relishing on this juicy gossip and add it to your list of celeb marriages gone kaput, let us tell you that the marriage still holds strong.

Aishwarya apparently ignited a tinge of jealous in her hubby as she went to act with his favourite celebrity Steve Martin in 'Pink Panther 2'. Speaking to a news daily, "We were at the premiere of 'Pink Panther 2' and it was great fun. It's a hilarious film. Steve Martin is a genius. I am very jealous of Ash. He is someone I have been idolising when I was growing up. And Ash gets the opportunity to work with the likes of Steve Martin and Jeremy Irons!"

Looks like, Abhishek is wondering what has Ash got that he doesn't?

The article says nothing of that sort where Abhi actually mentions that he is jealous of Ash.

But I do think that he might not say it but it must be in his mind.

Firstly he was just about to come out of his Dad and mom's shadow as his own but suddenly they get him married to a girl who is obviously more famous than him.

I pity Abhi. If you realise the pressure on him then you will see how hard he must be working to be good.

I think that in long run there bound to be some differences between Ash & him. You can see the number of movies she signed after marriage adn all the shows she is coming on.

Where is Abhi and how many movies is he doing?

I love him and i want him to come out of her shadow.

Well I still believes that Ash-Abhi is not the match made by "Valentine" but a match made by family.

Ash to me looks like the choice of Big B. I love them togather but I am pretty sure that they did not come togather but they are brought togather.

On Ash Jaya said that "Abhi needs a guiding hand. Like Ash is going to take care of him and if he still uses his old ways then he is going to be in big trouble and life is not goingt o be easy".

But ofcourse I love them togather.

OMG! i cant believe it, i finally agree with u!......i always felt that they were brought together, because abhishek and ash were not dating when Sarkar was released and she was invited by Amitabh Bachchan to the premier...she said 'how can u say no when amitabh bachchan invites you' and that was the beginning of the romance........i mean its kinda odd, why would he invite ash to the premier ? they didnt have a budding friendship

and if you remember around the same time there were rumors of abhishek and rani going out, they were spotted ar various events together, even at this marathon hosted by tina ambani. abhi and rani were sitting and abhi had his hands over her hand.....there was way more to their relationship than what met the eye...so anyway......

my sister and i have this joke that amitabh probably said to abhishek that 'son i made a mistake marrying jaya over rekha, and you dont make the same mistake by marrying rani over ash'.......lol

Abhi and Ash began dating during Dhoom 2 and it's a love marriage, not arranged! Abhi is just jealous of the fact that Ash gets to work with actors he has wanted to work with. He's really happy for her and she will be just as happy when Abhi becomes just as successful. I really don't think Big B and Jaya forced Abhi to marry Ash or set him up with her!

Freaky right...😆 We agree on something...

But I speak whats on my mind. I love Abhi and I like Ash. But I feel that they DID NOT have an affair. It is a family made alliance. Abhi must have had somethingwith Rani which Jaya did not approve. And so suddenly Ash comes on the scene and Vivek is dumped. Rani was throen out of this like a fly from the milk.

I know Ash is the "right choice Abhi baby' as Ash can carry on with her career even after marriage or the stardom. Abhi needs a strong support and which girl is stronger than Ash.

So I truely and genuinely do not believe that Abhi and Ash were in love. Maybe Ash needed a strong alliance to get away from Salman and improve her relationships and that what seh got from this marriage. While Abhi needed a strong wife to keep him in check.

BUT I love them togather.
