ya i agree that ego is one of the problems...lekin aaj kal to sabhi ladkiya kaam karti hai....its very common....moreover...u can't deny that guys now a days would like girls who r more independent...and have their own individual identity....

i think every one in today's world understands and respects that point of view that girls should have their own identity and confidence to carry out emselves in a world dominated mostly by men....

so i think the kapoor family shouldn't have any problem w/ Kituu working outside...but as xpected in a tv drama...their has to be hungama before anything nice happens....😆😆😆
