Aishwarya is again found herself in the AskMen.com's Top 99 Most Desirable Women, which is an annual list compiled by AM readers and staff, ranking the famous females deemed to be the year's most alluring. AskMen's Readers were asked to look beyond sex appeal and beauty to pick women who have the characteristics they value in a potential companion, like intelligence, humor, charisma, and ambition.
In a month-long voting that saw more than 10 million votes cast Aishwarya is ranked at 60. She was ranked at 27 last year by AskMen, which means while this is definitely a great news for Ash fans it is also slightly disappointing to see her ranking slip. In a surprise twist to the tale Katrina Kaif made to the list for the first time and scored a rank of 48.
In an astonishing way most of the India media got the story wrong or at the very least it seemed so. Every news outlet that furnished this story only said Ash is ranked 48 and no mention of the Katrina! Looks like even notable news outlets such as IndianExpress.com made the same mistake and only to be copied by other copy cats!
