Koena did mention that she went to a doctor to recorrect her face after her surgery.

She is looking beautiful in this picture. However her eyebrows are kinda wierd.

theres a major improvement from her earlier surgeries which completely wrecked her face.

she looks fake n all plastic...i mean even the prettiest of the face has some flaus which makes it look natural but koena looks all fake...

Omgg..

i use to find her STUNNING before..

i mean i thought she was sooo pretty

and then after surgery was like ehhhhhh... whats up with her face

but now umm she looks kinda betterrrrrr
