yea his name was anise i was askin bout him.. he was a really good singer not a perfect one but was much better than others like ravi n others but he was eliminated for no reeason quite unfair

n yea i liked his smile too :)

i m also quite shoked whn he was elminited i thought if he gets chance he wud give his level best performance

does being kashmiri or handicap matters when we judge a singer?

if he was not a good singer then he doesn't deserve to be in the competition. we don't want another ravinder guy getting all the sympathy votes for being poor.

listen jaysp. arshad was a very good singer and i was present there when all this happened.actually i was also eliminated from top 50 and all of us came back together in train.arshad was a wonderful person n all he said was based on something and all that something was edited by sony guys n only his comment of challenging other contestants was shown...if u consider indian idol a reality show u guys gotta show what is real not the things which hav been edited and make it a drama all of a sudden.....so u guys know tat arshad was the most deserving candidate but he got to pay the price for that n u guys r ruining his image,,,,,,u guys suck....jus show what is reality....dont make it a drama as u already made of arshad...when i got to know abt this site from my frnd,,,,i heard all this abt arshad here...since then i hav been searching for all the arshads related topics and now i am tryin to save him and let the public know what reality is ok....so jaysp,,,stop writing lies

i see ur point loveutoo - sony edited the tape - but i think ur being unfair to jaysp. He is only saying what he and all of us saw. U were there so you know but we dont.

My comments are based on what I saw on TV and and what I heard Sonu Nigam say to Anu Malik and Farah when he got back to his seat after trying to console Arshad. Also, they did show Arshad singing ( he sang Yeh Taara Woh Taara) in the theaterical round not just the part where he claimed to be better than all the other contestants. I thought they showed his singing more than any other contestants. And then they showed him walk backstage etc. He sang OK.

Anyways I am sorry if I hurt your feelings but it is nothing personal but purely based on what is shown on TV and if you were there you know better. I rest my case.
