I thought I'll share this information which I just read - Abhijeet Sawant is the first Indian Idol. First, since hope Sony would come with Indian Idol 2. :)

wow, thats wonderful. I didn't see the show, but heard both of the finalists. Both were equally good, but as Abhijeet won this contest, Amit will get chance in another one. Amit fans cheer up. Abhijeet, keep up the good work! Thanks for sharing Nirav.

Congrat Abhijeet...................... my votes did not go in vain.......... I am so thrilled. But I could not watch yesterday as I was out and returned very late........ If anyone knows if sony shows a rerun, pls let me know.
