my question is the if proteek's mom finds out the actual relation ship between prachi n proteek wht would be her reaction to this, would she hate her son for this or hates both them for keeping it a secret for 5 long years or would there any hungama in the house

Bingo! for a woman who considers Panchi as the reason for her son's sucess and for the happiness in her house I don't think shell give up claim on Prachi easily. on the contrary she'll want to cement ties further by making it real.
