Wives ,Daughter in laws like saloni are a shame to women hood ...doesnt matter if she is the heroine of this story ...but she is a very demeaning , very dependant , spineless example of woman hood .
what the h*** is the lead character of this serial trying to project ??...no bloody person in this world has a right to say words like what lali maasi uses on saloni ....she is calling her a witch , unlucky because she cant give a child .....well saloni should have slapped her the first time she spoke something like that ....even tara should have been slapped for saying such things .....
All this indian bahu and b******* drama is just going on too much ...
Only if you kick them out the first time ....they will know how to keep their mouths shut ....so what if that arouses fights in the family .....it might take few days.months ,years for them to talk to each other again ....but that is much better than ...life time nonsense .....
same goes to every human being .....if i were in her place and even if my mum in law would have said that ..i would have given one tight slap or told her to get lost from the house ....Instead of waiting till my hair becomes grey .....and then letting fate decide or hope ..to get a change in them by daily licking their feet ...
edited for the use of swear words as they are not allowed.

i must say i am terribly disappointed in Saloni . Irrespective of the fact whether she fights laali later or not .........The fact that she tolerated so much blatant abuse and wrong doing is giving a bad name to good sanskaars . Good sanskaars r not weakness or stupidity . By apologising on Nahars behalf she has done a big mistake and stripped her husbands dignity .
It is simply not done to bow in front of wrong elders . Elders must maintain their dignity thru actions not just age . Brijesh and Nahar were totally right when they told Laali maasi that .
Not only that she actually said ' Sadiyon se baanjh aurat .....' and Nahar stopped her . She was actually talking Laali maas's rubbish and i was shocked !
Does Saloni believe in such ghatiya rubbish ? Of Baanjh aurat and all ?
More than anyone she is biggest culprit of all . Today she commented on baanjh aurats being ashubh.....which is horrible . What will women watching this show not having children feel ?

i think thas y i stopped watching ..though i do follow...its a shame at the story line ..like ya they drag it on for weeks and then end it..but wat thur showing now is just nonsense and tha fact tha tara doesnt say anything makes it worse..i mean tara isnt a real mom thas not her child..she like saloni (not really) cant have children ..so how is sal so bad and tara not.jus cuz she has a child..i agree if this was me ..i dun take no elder person, guest respect c**p ..i mean if ur wrong ur wrong no matter hu or wat u r..sal taking all thsi is just even dumber..i mean her character is suppose to b strong ..but shes just dumb and emotional ..like all teh problems shes had so far.. shes never spoken up..i mean b4 it was kaveri hu use to say things to her ..and she was like w/e its fa.. and now this..if she stops a person the first time they wudnt repeat it...hopefully they change this track..to much importance is being given to kali's track.. and it all just seems so wrong.. esp becas 1) its stupid and 2) its not liek kali nos the real truth..and if after all this they redeem her stupid character in liek one episode ..omg ...never again will i watch🤔

hmm.. but you know what? there are people in this world like lali masi and there far great worse people then lali masi. i guess the show is trying to tell us that there are people who may be in saloni's situation. or they have countered a similar situation as saloni. This serial shows how selfish ( TARA *COUGH* *COUGH*) people can be in this world.
im not supporting lali massi and her actions toward saloni. all im trying to say is that there are people in this world who do this to the other people. i guess thats how the director got inspired to write this story about a girl who.....( etc etc etc )

As stated a number of women watch this serial and are going to be influence by Saloni's action. But a number of them are not going to identify with Saloni. Saloni is portrayed as a well-off wife with a doting husband. In such a situation it is quite easy for Saloni being educated to ignore Lalli Massi rambling as the crap it is and kindly remind Tara 'people in glass houses shouldn't pelt stones" but how is the women out there who are faced with not only a possessive, gloating SIL, many Lalli Massi and an abusive husband going to deal with this situation.
Whether we like it or not people like Lalli Massi is going to be out there. So, Saloni going to slap Lalli Massi and push her out. She can do it because she has support. What about the women out there can they slap the ignorant, abusive Lalli Massi out there? Their family will turn their back on them. How many women has to put up with abusive husband because it's a shame to leave them?
How many women out there has to bow and grovel as Saloni did today to maintain the peace? Saloni has Nahar ( an expectational husband), many women have nothing but themselves. As educated as women are out there some people still judge them by their ability to have boy children.

Very well said, Judyp..
The sad part of our society is that women abuse women..
Maybe its MIL, DIL, SIL or any relatives.
Very few father-in-laws curse their daughter-in-laws but mother-in-laws are always ready to fine some reason to say something bad to their DILs.

Absolutely right. I don't understand why Saloni at the end tried to ask Lali Masi to stay. Who cares if she has a relation to her sister. If Saloni's sister is "pregnant" then she should go to her mothers house (or Saloni's moms house) so that they can take good care of her.

Saloni needs to stand up for herself. She needs to act like a normal human being that gets hurt and says things back to people like that.

No women should ever tolerate what Lali said to Saloni. Everything happens for a reason and it is God who determines your faith, not human beings. She called Saloni a witch and all the other things, but what about Tara? She too can't have kids and has Aditiya through a surrogate mother.

It is extremely sad because people as Lali DO exist. Maybe not to an extreme extent, but there are many females - even highly educated ones - that still hold that backward mentality. Unfortunate are those females who have to undergo such torture in their lives. Saloni is lucky though because she has a loving husband such as Nahar in her life. She should be the one to stand up to Lali and tell her to shush her mouth. Instead, she wants to be the great one by asking Lali not to leave and apologizing on Nahar's behalf. I really wanted to slap Saloni at that time.

Although Saath Phere does exaggerate things at times, some of their story line concepts are not so far fetched from reality. Lali's case just happens to be a really sad case of what has happened to others and to an extent still does continue to happen to females.

Ever heard of the one where if you are a breast-feeding mother, you should never hug someone who's babies have died in infancy and was also a breast feeding mother? It's said that such womens carry a disease and hugging someone as such will harm your baby when you breast feed them. SERIOUSLY - how accurate does that sound to you? Believe it or not, MANY people believe in that. I think it's all rubbish.

I really hope that this Lali saga opens up the eyes of people who believe in all this utterness.
