Ayesha got away with committing several crimes in the past, much to my agonyš”, because Prachi bore no grudges against her. Although the ex-witch deserved like a million slaps - for endangering a child, for almost killing someone, for using M's PA to further her ambitions - Prachi never once raised her hand. One could wonder why then is my doll suddenly aggressive with Mallika.
According to me, Prachi never got 'physical' with Ayesha because:
a. Of her promise to Inder: Her father was equivalent to GOD, and she had vowed to take care of Ayesha forever. To this end, she displayed limitless amount of tolerance towards her sister! Every time Milind wondered how she could continuously forgive Ayesha, Prachi said something like, "MIlind, Maine Papa Se Vaada Kiya Hai Ki Main Ayesha Ka Poora Khayal Rakhoongi"...that was the underlying driving force!
b. Of her own friendship with Ayesha: Even before anyone realized that they were sisters, Prachi and Ayesha had become inseparable friends. The latter fascinated my doll because she was different; while PRachi was sheltered and scared, Ayesha was independent and gutsy. Prachi had learnt the importance of believing in oneself only because of that best friend. Hence, in her heart, she owed a lot to Ayesha!
c. Of Ayesha's childhood and her brother's cruelty: Her heart cried out for the misguided girl who was raised in a dysfunctional family, and later disgraced by her brother. Prachi was well-aware that Ayesha was a lovely girl, who changed for the worst due to unfortunate circumstances. Hence, she symphathized with her, and was willing to give up anything and everything to keep her happy (this ties back to her promise to Inder -
d. Of Ayesha's past with Milind: Prachi knew that MISHA loved each other, and could therefore understand Ayesha's sorrow of losing the one man she trusted! Again, I have often heard my doll say things like, "Woh Aapse Pyar Karti Hai...Ye Sab Usne Pyar Ke Liye Kiya...Pyar Me To Koi Kuch Bhi Kar Sakta Hai" Although Prachi would have never reacted like Ayesha, she still understood and even justified her sister's obsession!
THis way, Prachi felt connected to Ayesha in more ways than one, and therefore never harbored any resentment!
Mallika, on the contrary, is a complete stranger who came from nowhere to lust after her husband. My doll is obviously not gonna lie low this time - she has no emphathy or symphathy for the Pagli!
