I can't believe Tanya!

I so dislike some of the concepts of this show! How could Tanya marry Yuv when she knows her sister loves him?! Some Indians apparently do not know the meaning of marriage! Marriage is about love - not saving one's reputation! The writers of this show seriously need a reality check! How could they do this? Just because ure raped, it does not mean you have to get married! They should be comforting Tanya, not forcing her to get married! What kind of a woman is she? Does she not a have a mind of her own? Can't the poor thing make her own decisions? That is why I dislike her (kinda - not her, just the way she is depicted) - she should be stronger, but she's not. This show portrays women as weak beings who can't make their own decisions.


raped women need help - not another man!

As Perfangel5655 pointed out, this is more of a debate on tradition and not very much so the show. So, don't get mad! I am just stating my opinions. I dont like shows that depict women as weak and make a mockery out of marriage. (Although, I do watch this show cuz i like the people in it. they act well.)

Also I would like to state, why dont indian women in shows have jobs? i mean whats the fricking point of going to college and getting an education if ure got going to make something out of ure self? i know it's just a show but shows like this can have an effect on people who watch them. maybe u are gonna become a doctor and the next minute u decide u wanna become a housewife so u dont have to do anything except have babies, cook, and clean? huh? why arent there ever any men who dont work? or house-husbands? yes, there arehouse husbands. also, when a woman becomes widowed it's like the end of the world if she doesnt get married again, i mean cant she make herself happy? What the hell? omg i hate these kinds of shows! not that vivah is like that cuz if it becomes like that i will sue the show, jk; neways, trishna and tanya were so educated...they could have become engineers..well trishna could have...neways, they chose housewifery..i feel so sorry for the women in india who have to go thru this, but i do not feel sorry for the women who choose this and suffer and ask themselves why they didnt make something out of themselves.
I dont care if i am unmarried until i am thirty...first i am gonna make sure my future is secure before giving up my idependence.

Yeah, but when Yuv married her she was about to take off the sindoor but he stopped her. But mostly, yes, she should be stronger and come out with the truth.

Haahaaa i know Yuv and trishna make such an awesome couple. the only aspect of indian culture i hate is arranged marriage and women degradation! They should show women strong in these serials but they show them as weak beings who need their parents to make all of their decisions for them!

I love Tanya!!!!😳 I love her!😳 I love her! And I will always love her.😃 The sindoor is soo soo soo important. You put one chutki sindoor on someone and Tadaaaa! You are considered tied for janam janam! Tanya didn't ask Yuvi to come in and fight her battle. Tanya didn't ask him to marry her. Poor girl didn't even know what was coming toward her!

It was Yuvi who married her! Yuvi felt the need to protect her. Tanya dug her own hole and she was going to suffer for it too. She didn't drag anyone with her. Even when Yuvi put the sindoor on her she wanted to wipe it off but yuvi stopped her. She wanted to tell her family what's going on but Yuvi and Kul are stopping her. It takes lots of guts to come out even for the strongest woman to announce she was raped. She is suffering even now for taking her sister's love away. She is still fighting with herself. She never asked anyone to give balidaan for her! Even after the marriage when trish questioned Yuvi and she wanted to tell her, Yuvi stuck his nose in!

Tanya is a typical shy girl. I hate how people consider only lively haha hehe hoho people to be interesting. Tanya's character has depth. It touches me unlike Trishna's! But that is a matter of taste! I want her to become a stronger woman but it takes a slow progression.She cares about her sisters. When Yuvi was being stubborn over Trish it was Tanya who changed his mind!!! If she is strong from day 1 we won't have a show and that's not realistic!

And we don't know if she is pregnant yet. She could be. If she is, her life is destroyed. Her dad said at the begining his 4 daughters are his treasures. if something happens to them he is gone! Which basically means if Tanya is pregnant without a husband her dad will be ruined in the society! It's been evident from beginning of the show till now she loves her family very much!

I will be back! next time someone bashes my Tanya do invite me😃! And Tanya and Yuvi's jodi rock!!!👏 Yuvi and Trish jodi was just blah🥱!!! Nothing special! You walk by the road there are 1000 jodis like that! Oh pretty boy oh pretty girl!! It will be interesting to see Tanya and yuvi fall for each other! They compliment each other!
