Imran's girl revealed!

Even before the release of 'Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na', Imran Khan has become Bollywood's favourite poster boy who is enjoying an immense female fan following! Even when he ventures out on roads in Bandra (where he lives) to take a stroll, he gets mobbed by his female admirers!
Unfortunately Imran is already seeing a girl, who he met almost six years back.
We spoke to Imran and asked him every possible thing about Avantika!
"Avantika is the daughter of Vandana Malik, who heads the TV 18 Network operations in Mumbai. We met at a mutual friend's house about five years and eight months back (to be precise) in Mumbai! Both of us hail from Mumbai itself but I was in LA for a few years so our paths never crossed. Anyways, coming back to our first meeting, it was a party and both of us were introduced to each other and to the surprise of everyone, we got chatting and forgot to talk to anyone else! After that meeting we kept meeting and when one year became two, two became three... we just didn't realize it! We know each other for almost six years now and they have been fantastic. Avantika is my worst critic. She keeps giving me valuable inputs all the time."
"In fact my pet cat Bonnet was called Bonnet because it was found in Avantika's car bonnet", smiled Imran.
But unlike other Bollywood heroes why didn't he keep his relationship private?
"My mother has taught me to respect women. Chivalry is an old fashioned word but I do believe in respecting women. If I would have denied my relationship with Avantika, it would have been like insulting her existence in my life. Besdies, I don't think my desirability would be affected if women come to know that I am not single! My acting will decide my fate in the industry not my personal life.
So is marriage on the cards we probe. "I am just starting my film career. I have a long way to go before I even think about it", concluded Imran.
