Sadly, it won't go away soon.. Abuse will keep happening.. sometimes, in rare instances it's the man at the receiving end. And Sriti's character Jahnvi suffered worse in DSdDSB, and the husband never got moderate punishment at all.

He has some inferiority complex instilled in him by C. R is better than him in everything.. richer, more connections that bring respect, more desired by women etc. L has always seen A as beneath him.. someone who he can trample upon and spit on.. so seeing R treat her like a goddess annoys and angers him to no end.
