Yes, it's for his mother to say thank you for being my mother... Ira is, in true terms, DELULU 2.0... she is so consumed by the desire to marry Rakshit that she does not understand that he is not interested.

Kind of expected to be for his mom,ep 2 had him talking about bride and turned out it was his mom he was happy for parents anniversary. Also he adores both so they're still on first place for him,would want to give them happiness,gifts,be a good son.
