Well, Rakshit, in many ways and very vocally, has said no to marrying her, so she's just Delulu to think that he's proposing to her... Cause Rakshit has shown signs of reprimanding her in recent episodes. If Ira were smart, she would understand something is up with Rakshit, cause this is not how he behaves at all... This heartbreak is her fault.

She's not interested in second chances and she feels awkward to look at her boss-friend having moments with Ira. Nothing from her side for him,except the respect he won for being there every time she needed support. And their friendship-not far from calling him bro side effects of him falling in love (way too) soon when she's not ready for anything except try to rebuild her single life and focus on her passion.
