yes Prerna was referred as big Prerna as Sneha daughter name was also Prerna and she used to be called as P2. P2 was supposed to be the next gen lead. If you remember when cezzane exited the show and gen leap took place Prerna didn't believe in love and thought of it as weakness. She had become matriarch of the whole house. The gen leap was based on mohabbatein movie them. Hiten Pratham aka Anurag wanted to break her ego and prove that love was still the biggest blessing.

Thanks for telling me. I had cable on and off and had to move from one house to another, so I watched the show on and off. The last episode I think I remember was when Sneha had a daughter, but I don’t remember Hiten. It was on YouTube that I saw Karan instead of Anurag while searching for the show as starplus wasn’t available at my location, so I was wondering what was going on in KZK. I started the show from the beginning few years back but stopped it when Prena annoyed me. So now I have to watch it from that point where I left off when Prena refuses to marry Anurag because she wanted to be a fake widow and mother to Bajaj’s 20+ years old children

Hiten Pratham was one of the good phases of the show if one is Anurag fan. He used to taunt Prerna, win against her and didn't hold back whenever Prerna mindlessly blamed him for anything.

The orange guy was just in China and getting dog walk by XI cause they're all corrupt. I remember that story I think was back in 2022 or 23 terrorizing Chinese people and threatening their family making sure they didn't criticize NRC government. I'm glad he was find guilty, hope he gets the day he deserve everyday in prison

Currently I am writing a fan fiction on this part after cez sir exited....

In my fanfiction Hiten urf Pratham Mittal is not Anurag Basu himself but his lawyer who takes up his case to prove his innocence after his death...
