Shruti is driving the Kotharis to the location of their new cafe, everyone is blindfolded . As they near the location they are surprised to hear Anupama’s voice singing bhajan . As they arrives they are shocked to see Anupama n Digvijay’s cafe in front of them. Anupama too is shell shocked to see Kotharis in front of her cafe . Soon Shruti unveils the board n all are further shocked to see the name Anuj’s cafe .
Shruti, Rahi and Prem confront n challenge Anupama , Gautam secretly watches everything n loves every moment of this unexpected blast by Shruti . Anupama gets emotional seeing Anuj’s name n declares that no name board can affect her as Anuj’s name is etched on her heart. She greets and welcomes the Kotharis on their new cafe and wishes them all the happiness and success.
Prem thanks Anumaa for not sanctioning his earlier restaurant as he has got the chance to open a new one , Rahi thanks Shruti for gifting them this cafe .
