True. But in the cases I referred to, it was a third person / relative who came to know about it. The daughters had their own fears to talk - which felt odd to me since my impression of them was they were 'bold'. Find that is consistent with how Appu is handling things. Here Rashmi is the third person - wonder why she didn't talk about it to Avinash or did he just brush it away when she mentioned it? [Even if Appu says to her 'dont talk about this to parents', my take would be it should be talked about.]
Also, since it is a hand written letter - unless Lalit is good at faking her handwriting too, it doesn't make sense that parents wont see at least something is wrong.
