They're having a completely open and public Oath taking ceremony on top of that ! First time ever in Bengal ! I get the idea that they want common people of Bengal to participate and celebrate and witness this historical moment as , at the end of the day , it's a win of the people of Bengal . But I'm deeply worried about the security.
