I think they should complain to BCCI against this behaviour. Why is a franchise allowed to torture such world class players? There are many more people happy to bid and become a new franchise. Just throw this Goenka man away.

It doesn't work that way. Don't think BCCI has much say on interpersonal relations between the franchise and the players ... They get involved only when it gets serious.
