No, it’s not that. Channels control promotions. Ekta doesn’t control promotions. Colors decided to promote naagin7 so much even though its fans still complain that it’s not promoted much. Star decided to not promote Kyunki. Ekta is taking the creative decisions for Kyunki.

Prem is so boring he has chemistry only with his bhagwan upma

Rahi actress is pretty. Mahi is too hyper didn't watch her much for opinion

Beech mein bhi aisa ek track aaya tha but they turned it into something else. Iss baar bhi wahi hoga.

Almost 70% sure that this is only for grabbing people's attention aur kuch nahi.
