The first time when DCP and Vishkanya were moving out before the truth reveal DCP was transferred to dehradun. I think that’s what Vish thought that DCP was transferring to and took Mannat and family there….

Yes! In the wedding day DCP was not going to stay… he was going to leave with Vish to dheradun. But when they were leaving Dadi played the video that Malla and Vish planned/trap of Neetu confessing she did kill in that accident … rest is history

Ya both manvik are doing the same thing...they are escaping their true opinions and feelings by shallow talks

mannat giving position of dua's father to dhairya is just a compromise she has to make...she truly admires dua-dhairya bond and she will never undermine dhairya's importance in dua's life but in her heart the position of father in dua's life is always vik...she might give position of father to dhairya through her words/actions but that's just superficially.. People seek external validation by repeating things only when they themselves need that convincing... that's why mannat repeatedly does baba jaap, but it's mostly to convince herself than anyone else because even now her heart cannot give the position of dua's father to anyone else,she cannot accept vik could have rejected their baby and she wants to go back to clear things out... But her brain cannot ignore the trauma she went through on that day and fears of dua facing the same.. thus she keeps on convincing herself with how happy she is with her new family, how dhairya is dua's father and that she doesn't need vik etc....

Same on vik's side it's not like he doesn't have introspection, yesterday after their meet vik remembered mannat saying "aap apne pyaar par vishwas na karke, dusron pe vishwas karna chuna tha", if he still felt mannat cheated on him then he wouldn't have had all these flashes or introspection ,so he does have the guilt and realized he was wrong.. But he also knows he cannot do anything about it now, mannat has moved on so there is no chance of their relationship ever happening again, and that is his exact problem he feels angry that how easily mannat moved on and closed the doors for their love permanently...

if we see yesterday's conversation vik would have repeated the same thing a hundred times as to how easily mannat moved on and forgot him.... Now if he feels mannat-dhairya had affair then why will he feel so surprised about mannat being with dhairya and forgetting him..? , so he doesn't have any such prejudice and realised he was wrong in saying all those things to mannat in anger, but he also feels betrayed that mannat closed the opportunity for them to be together by leaving the town and moving on... But currently he is not letting those feelings out and is masking these feelings with anger because he knows if he will let these real feelings out he will spiral down into a dark phase yet again..and want to be with mannat and his family but given the situations it's not possible...

All this while vik didn't search for her because he felt mannat wouldn't forgive him, but some where he had hope that may be mannat didn't move on and she will forgive him and their relationship had a chance, but he didn't have courage enough to act on it, he feared he might unnecessarily open the old wounds for all of them and hurt them and himself again, so he trying to avoid to meet them and escape his true feelings..... But when he repeatedly saw mannat he saw it as babaji's sign and this gave him courage to meet mannat and solve things.... But when he saw mannat moving on,even his little hopes got destroyed, now he sees no hope for their relationship.. And thus went back to masking his real feelings yet again...
