I feel yes because IF is very known among the itv producers. At least the old itv producers like ekta and paneer. Paneer has mentioned it in interview how they check what fans say here

Others few have calmed down a bit, but this one just keeps going on. What I don’t understand he/she can just watch 99% of Gen Z couple itv shows currently airing. Like he/she has plenty of choices. Why stuck with Kyunki?? ITV doesn’t even have older character shows except for just 1-3. Why turn those very few about genz too? I don’t understand
