Keeping aside what Mihir did with Tulsi, it's not like Angad had no fault of his own.
Yes, I hated Mihir when he called Angad adopted.
But Angad brought all this up on himself. He had ample time yet he sat around and then put his family for public humiliation. People disown their own kids after such a huge blow.
And yes, Angad doesn't need to take care of an ungrateful brat like Ritik who doesn't have the bare minimum decency.
But if you think about pre-leap, Ritik was the only person besides Tulsi who kept checking up on him. So just because his mother left, he doesn't get a clean chit to renounce all his responsibilities.
In reality, all three of Angad, Ritik and Pari are pathetic in their own ways.
