The superstar couple doesn’t charge a single penny, they even bring their own roti, kapda aur paani from home. Film shoots in their backyard. then how come budget shots up?

Extra-Creative ppl like reshoots i guess to improve a scene if they get more time at hand.

Ranbir should have never signed a movie with SLB. Alia's nagging made him do this and now it is 2 years already post Animal's release. He had good offers from South directors for action movies post Animal.

Poor Vicky is also stuck and is yet to start his magnum opus. SLB not working with RS turned out so well for him. RS now has an industry hit to his name and will have one more next year.

Budget increased as Bhansali Sir arranging Karni Sena cameo before the release of the movie as usual?

Ranbir films being delayed and budget shooting up is a norm atp. So not surprising at all. It may release too close to Ramayan due to these delays.
