It seems like Vikrant pulls the Aishwarya stunt and leaves India. Mannat admired Aishwarya not knowing she is her mother so Dua also admires Vikrant not knowing he is her father.

Back to drawing parallels.

Since Mannat never hid the truth i suppose there was no need to go into hiding. Or she did move but because of the masterchef competition she is in town with her kid who wanted to compete in it.
