Yes, they had a fall-out...and yes, I haven't spotted them together since then anymore... Arjun now has a different life... he doesn't mingle anymore with the same people as 10 years ago... not to forget that Gauri had been friends with Arjun's first wife and it was mostly because of Mehr that things turned sour at that time.
