The actress also reflected on the immense support and appreciation she has received throughout her television journey. Speaking about the love from audiences, Sumbul shared how grateful she feels for the affection people have shown her and her projects over the years.

“Regarding all the immense love I’m receiving from people: I never, in my wildest dreams, expected that people would speak so highly of me. People have showered me with so much love right from the very beginning of my journey. It has truly been an honour that so many people have given me such affection, placed such faith in my work and my projects, and loved my shows so much. So, I just feel incredibly grateful for all of this.”

When asked about the reason the show went off-air despite its loyal audience and emotional connection with viewers, Sumbul clarified that the decision was beyond the cast’s control.

“We have absolutely nothing to do with that decision. I believe it was a decision made by the channel, because, apart from that factor, our show was actually doing quite well.”

Apart from the emotional farewell, Sumbul also shared several memorable behind-the-scenes moments from the set. She revealed that the cast shared a very playful bond while shooting and often had fun together whenever they were free between scenes.

“Best memories, I think, whenever we weren't shooting our scenes, we used to have a lot of fun together. There were several mango trees on our set, so sometimes we would grab a long stick to pluck the mangoes. Once, Rajat and I even climbed up onto the roof of our vanity van while running around and chasing each other! So, it was all about playing around and goofing off together; we even used to have Pani Puri parties every now and then.”

Sumbul Talks About Her Bond With Rajat Verma

One of the highlights of the show was the chemistry and friendship between Sumbul Touqeer and her co-star Rajat Verma. Their on-screen bond became popular among viewers, and fans frequently praised their scenes together.

Talking about Rajat, Sumbul admitted that she would miss working with him after the show’s conclusion.

“I will definitely miss Rajat, as he has become a very good friend of mine through this show. We’ve had so much fun together and have shot some truly lovely scenes side-by-side. I believe he is a wonderful co-actor to work with; he made me feel very comfortable and was very funny at the same time though also very annoying at the very same time!”

The show also featured veteran actor Varun Badola in an important role. Together, the cast managed to create an emotional connection with viewers through relatable storytelling and heartfelt performances.

Even after the finale episode aired, social media continues to be filled with emotional reactions from fans expressing disappointment and sadness over the show ending. Many viewers have been sharing clips, scenes, and messages remembering their favourite moments from the series.
