Not to mention that Saiyaara opening weekend was extremely low prices as a way to attract students. That’s the trick YRF used to gain that opening momentum and then WOM did the rest.

I don’t think advance booking has fully opened either so 🤷🏽‍♀️

low prices cannot make you hit 550cr WW..Saiyaara had excellent advances..it is a rare case which industry sees once in 30 years..no tricks can save a movie at the BO..only audience's acceptance..hope PS does well..it has two box office poisons as lead..so they obviously will not get good advances..but hoping the movie picks up through WOM

Low prices can definitely give you a better opening, which contributes to the momentum for the weekend and first Monday etc. Saiyaara had amazing WOM which carried it to whatever numbers it reached. But that initial momentum wasn’t organic.

One thing for sure, after a long time i saw such intensive promotions... They were everywhere... In every city... On every platform
