Shagun will probably try to bring Sumer and Shikka closer and before dying will ask Sumer to promise her that he will marry Shikka.

yeah thts pretty sad, hopefully sum miracle happens n shagun survives 😭 kz the drama is nuthin w/out her. if sumthin dus happen then the decision of shikha marrying sumer wud be kinda appropriate. after all she wudnt c sumer sad after she dies but hopefully she will not. 😭 😭

Shagun is not gonna die.
Sumer is not gonna marry that ugly sheikha (if he was supposed to marry sheikha then they would've brought in a better looking actress rather than that monstrosity sheikha)
Sheikha is evil/negative character working for Shakti for chatervedi wealth, the plan is Shagun to think she is dying, so she gets Sumer and Sheikha married and then Sheikha inherits Sumer's wealth and give it or share with Shakti.
Sheikha will be exposed but first Shagun will get Sumer to hate her and marry Shiekha and THEN the truth will come out.

Mind you I must admit that Chatervedi family is just so gullible and naive - they will let anybody in their house and then they start liking/trusting them too much and then they suffer and then Shagun has to save them.

I agree . shagun is NOT going to die. just a twist in story. Shikha is with Shakti and after sumer comes closer to shikha, the truth will come out that Shagun Doesnt have Brain tumer. May be doctor is with shikha and he gave wrong reports to shagun. So that she makes shikha and sumer marry. Stupid Story line. as usual doesnt make sense.
