Is Nikkeji a negative character or positive? Genuine question

Few days back, it seemed like his character was positive one and I was rooting for Tanya and him... But lately it seems like he is some negative character and trapping Kiara now in some selfish motive.. Asking this based on just one clip :

Well why should MoronSa have all the fun alone. Nikkeji might be learning from his jeejaji.. how to get away with all the kaands. If MoronSa can be forgiven after everything he has done, Nikkeji has a chance too.
