Coming to his brother , it was revealed that he was killed then in a later episode he turned out to be alive but was in a vegetative state

Yeah Abhijeet and Daya always kept him at an arm's length for some reason i could never understand.

Freddy sir stood by everyone , he was the silent rock of support for the entire team.

Only Dr Anjalika understood Daksh like you mentioned.

He was killed by Nakul in the end

I agree. they could simply have shown him dying in the line of duty like they did for Aditi. Had they really needed to turn him into a traitor, they could simply have shown that he turned to the dark side because he was tired of being disrespected and dismissed by his own team, though that would have been an equally lazy, unethical excuse.

I occasionally rewatch some of the older CID episodes. I would really like it if once, just once, they showed someone like Abhijeet or Pankaj actually standing up for themselves and confronting ACP Pradyuman about his quickly jumping to conclusions and punishing his officers. IMO the justification that such-and-such was done in the same of fairness/ duty/ justice simply propagates the toxic idea that you are free to do anything to anyone as long as it aligns with your personal sense of duty and fairness.

They could've just transferred him instead of killing him off , same with Aditi she bravely faced off a cannibal only to get stabbed by a bomber

Agreed.
Plus if you transfer an officer instead of killing them, you leave the door open for a possible return (like they did with Sachin and Dr. Tarika).

Yeah that's why i hope they bring back Asha and Sudhakar someday (ik this will never happen , it's just wistful thinking)

I loved Asha. I agree it would be nice to have her back, perhaps as a Senior Officer this time. We don't see too many senior female officers. I would also like Officer Rajat to return. Perhaps, even, some of the previous forensic doctors.

I don't remember Dr Wagle, but it would certainly be nice to have Dr Niyati back. Perhaps Dr Anjalika as well. I know she and ACP Sir did not get along, but I liked her no-nonsense personality (in fact, she does remind me of ACP Pradyuman in a lot of ways )

Yep I loved Dr Anjalika's no nonsense quality but I'm sure she won't return

Dr Wagle was in 2002 - 2004 cases she was really good

Even Dr Nyanti and her arguements with the trio were good.

I agree with yall wanting ur old favorites back but currently with the newbies present the og's are not getting proper screen time...toh old favorites ko wapis laya toh poora kichdi bana denge yeh log

Where are the newbies? I haven't seen Bhoomi , Kirthika and Avni in a long time....the rest of them are from the OG team
