Rishta forum is worst space to discuss this show.. Agree/Disagree

More than discussing, this show needs to be shut down asap, even banned if possible. It’s not that there haven’t been regressive contents in itv before, but at some point in the story the victims at least express their anger towards their accusers. Yet the unaccountability and the amount of sweeping under the carpet without any actual punishment for the bad characters and the gaslighting of the victim is beyond imagination in this show. Our society has enough regressive traditions that are still being followed that women even in this day and age have difficulty fighting against. The real-life Ritanya case is a prime example of how women, even educated women are subjected to unimaginable crimes even now to the point of being forced to sacrifice their lives with no fault of theirs; it doesn’t need anymore glorification by disgusting shows like this. What characters like Ar, KP’s, Vi have done aren’t mistakes, but crimes which need to be punished severely.

Sorry for hijacking your post, just wanted to express the utmost disgust towards the show, writers, actors and producers. Not a rant, but genuine disgust that itv and everyone involved still go scotfree with no actual ramifications. It’s high-time itv is held responsible for the content they bring to viewer’s living room.

I agree! I would celebrate the day they shut down... I am pinning my hopes on Tarak Mehta and Tulsi Maiiyaa to just shut them up... But as long as this show remains in top 5, torture will continue...

And FL of this generation has to be by far worst one given the hypocrisy of the character.... She gives bhashan on self respect but has none left... Can't believe that she was OK with being abandoned for seven long years... Super regressive... And now not to forget cheating and using one man for making another one jealous... Ghatiya soch by ghatiya people...

I believe IF with all the toxicity and senseless moderation where content is merely removed and threads are locked just because someone reported it.... I almost had written proof of it that moderators just trash posts without reading it... Because apparently they don't have time for it, and of course, i don't expect anyone to take if moderation seriously, it's just unpaid job, so koi itna timepass kyun kare... But still...

Now, back to here... I find X more entertaining but I am too bored to create one more ID on XEk toh sambhala nai jata... So, I just come here to post POV...

It used to be a much better forum when we could actually discuss things. Last few times, they just removed my post and put it as part of some major thread where it was buried and lost in the comments. Doesn't really allow for much discussion does it...

He kept begging for Akshoo till he died like the trash he was. And the same ones who fawn over that trash are the ones who are name-calling Abhira for being a doormat. Oh the irony.

I disagree. I have seen worse. I remember during Ipk days ML solos and FL solo always used to be on each other's throat all the time after a point of time. It was crazy. Compared to that it's pretty peaceful here😁.
