Is Daya manipulated by Shreya To Kill Those Officers?

More than the manipulation, I have a big confusion on the matter. Assuming that the Daya shown is the real Daya who is currently on a killing spree, how will the makers justify this, irrespective of the Shreya angle? Daya is one of the core members of the trio so it's a no-show without him. So even if the people he killed were corrupt eye-gang members, he is a CID officer, so the protocol will always be arrest and not kill at your luxury. Not even a CID officer is allowed to kill unless it is self-defense or it simply becomes manslaughter. Hence, this points more towards this human being a fake Daya and if that is correct then that makes Shreya still a villain. Arghh, my brain hurt typing this.

As I said in other post daya sir is not a teanager boy he is 50+ senior inspector who has given 20 yrs of his life in service that he will get manipulated that too to this extent that he will go and kill around people

Fake daya ka concept bhe ni ho skta considering sunday scene between them and how he reacted to abhi sir post that scene

Right now I can think of only two possibilities trio and shreya are working together on something and they might not actually be murdering people or there are two daya roaming in town one who is helping shreya jo bhe kre hai voh other is on killing spree
