On the occasion of yoga day , Anupama’s flat mate is seen leading yoga session by collecting All the ladies of the mohalla, she inspires them and shows them the exercises . Anupama appreciates her efforts and joins the fun n masti .
Babuji and Prarthana are seen returning from yoga session in the park with laughter club friends group and shares how much fun and masti they had. Baa shows her concern for Prarthana who should not exert much during pregnancy . Ansh reminds her of her sonography appointment and offers t’ escort her . Prarthana feels sad at her situation which should have been happy occasion for any girl on her first sonography. Baa disapproves Ansh accompanying Pra for sonography.
Anupama is travelling to work place in local train, admiring a pic of Rahi send by Prem , she is lost in the pic when she meets a little girl vendor and they share their wellbeing n happiness. . While de boarding at her destination she finds an an elderly man struggling with his tiffin service l Anupama feels sorry for him n helps him with his tiffin delivery . She gets late buying news papaer n crockeries n veggies for Manohar ji . She reaches his house late n apologises . Manohar ji feels sorry for overworked Anupama and appreciates her helpful nature, he is kind towards her.
At the Mumbai flat, the ex husband of Anupama’s flat mate arrives and abuses the girl and tortures her trying to force her tk get back with him, he puts forth fake apology to get her back . The girl is unwilling n refuses tk get back with her legally divorced husband l the guy gets aggressive and Anupama who is witnessing it all recollects her torture at the hands of Vanraj and similar situation in her life . She collects the mohalla women and they arrive carrying brooms, pns, ladles, bats and what ever they could grab at hand n they reach the flat n confront the guy n stand in support of the abused girl, they threaten and warn the guy n force him tk leave the girl alone .
The girl thanks all the ladies n Anupama for their support . The mohalla ladies assure her n take leave.
Ansh is getting late for work and demands his breakfast , as there is no one in the house Prarthana offers to make noodles in a jiffy. He reluctantly agrees and offers tk make the tea .
prarthana likes his company in the kitchen as they work together . Later Prarthana helps him with the noddles and baa notices their closeness and disapproves it .
At Manohar ji’s house he is trying to teach the girls some dance steps but they do not get it right , he asks Anupama to help , he shows her the steps that she has to help him teach the girls . Anupama is terrified to dance again and gets recollections of the past that haunt her . Guruji forces her to help him. To his surprise Anu dances very gracefully n perfectly . He asks if she had learnt dancing , she vehemantly denies n goes away to compete her kitchen work .
At Kothari mansion Rahinis seen busy with housework, Parag comes and excited,y shows her the plans of the dance academy that was about to be build . Rahi and Parag share some sweet moments of bonding and have fun and masti . Rahi later asks him tk postponed the idea as she might have issues balancing dance academy m housework. Moti baa arrives and asks Rahi to give her time tk the academy n leave the chores to Moti baa. Rahi feels guilty and declines but Moti baa insists . Parag asks Rahi to let Moti baa take over.
At Shh house Pakhi offers Ishaani foreign brand of cosmetics. Ishaani immediately realises that her mother could not have afforded those foreign brands n asks if she had stolen them for Meera’s beauty salon and Pakhi agrees. She says Meera has so much and will never notice . She regrets Ishaani rejecting Raja and assures her about getting her married tk a billionaire and wants her to live luxurious life , use foreign branded stuff and go on foreign trips . Ishaani dislikes her mother’s idea.
