Does it matter what "class" a movie has to go a legal way against what has been done? Piracy and non legitimised streaming is illegal and indeed harms the boxoffice. The alleged amount of 91 cr is another discussion, though.

First the makers should look into their own deeds about making such duds and looting people

Piracy is going on since many years previously it was screeners with super quality and later after some protests by Bollywood predvd ie cam print started only since January this year prehd format movies were released mostly were duds debacles

Do people have so much money to watch such craps why are Theatres empty

I still maintain that the quality of a product should not determine the look at the illegal deed done. Would someone use the pirated copy only for oneself and it's own pleasure, nobody would get aware of it. However spreading it or giving it even a platform which earns through the viewers, is indeed something one shouldn't tolerate.

I agree that the producer may also be one doing illegal things, but making a movie that disappointed many, doesn't make this pirating right. It's just the amount of loss I would question.
