Naira didn't forgive Kartik infact she had an outburst, when he arranged a romantic setup in bedroom to say sorry after blaming her for choosing her brother over his sister. Naksh got married to Keerti, as a sacrifice for Naira's happiness, Kartik wanted Naksh-Keerti's divorce when he got know about Naksh's sacrifice. Naira didn't want their divorce. It all led to heated arguments between both and this scenario is when Kartik realized his mistake and apologized. Romantic setup/date is enough for apology instead of communication and not repeating the same mistakes is BV's style from Gen 2.
