Confusion about bigamist Akshara

I am making this post because I noticed there is confusion about Akshara being a bigamist

1 Abhimanyu gave her divorce papers

2 She signed and ran away

Divorce papers signing doesn't mean divorce, court has to order a decree of divorce for which Akshara had to appear in front of court twice which she didn't

She also didn't notify the court about existence of the child so can't say she attended divorce hearings otherwise Abhimanyu would have known she was pregnant

Her second marriage therefore was not legal and she committed bigamy

It is that Abhimanyu didn't file a complaint against her otherwise she would have been in jail

Yes i completely agree akshara is bigamist. She married twice without divorcing her first husband. Agar woh hearing pe jaathi toh uska pet toh dikh hi jaatha.

If paper sign karne se divorce hotha hai then abhimaan are divorce and ruhi can pursue him. Agar paper sign karne se divorce nahi hotha toh akshara is bigamist and ruhi is wrong😄

in most of divorce case shown in itv judges also tell couples to stay together for 6 months. by that logic when akthu was live in with nav that was also immoral lol

Well if Dr. Birla can keep divorce papers safe in cupboard at instance of the need, why can't one imagine that divorce was also that fast forwarded. It was Abheemanyu who came by and confirmed that they were divorced too...

Court case hua for custody and so many things, sort of proofs that ManRa were officially divorced. They rushed proceedings for sake of leap

Anyways, no matter how hard anyone tries to prove that AkshNav ki shaadi was invalid or illegal, it will always remain remain an imagination and dream of ManRa fans.

Had their divorce not been real, makers wouldn't be showing ManRa wedding all over againAfter Abhinav's death...

Apparently, their marriage was also on six month trial na? After first run away by Akshu? They filed for divorce and had the whole Lota Do meme content..? So that could be one logical explanation in all illogical stuff of Gen 3. Not sure if last para though... Will leave to those who had seen that generation.

Forgot to add.. I love how so many are still so desperate to prove ManRa weren't divorced even after almost 1.5 years of them being wiped off... Heck even Hariyali have moved and unfollowed each other but ManRa fans will never move on and accept the fact that Akshara and Manyu were divorced officiallyin DKP narrative wala legal world... Still so salty of Abhinav being Akshara's husband after ManRa's disastrous marriage ended...

They don't stay together

There is a cooling off period of 6 months, they don't have to stay together during this period

There is no logical explanation other than Abhimanyu not going to court, that's for people who understand the law

For makers Vidya is Madhav's legal wife and Armaan's mother

It doesn't change the fact that divorce proceedings weren't followed

as much as i remember after bus nav takes her home, i remember someone saying in forum akthu staying in navs house where is no room one washroom. maybe not in same room bt same house, thats how he took her to hospital for delivery
