Why didn’t they go Babymoon last time?

Why didn’t both the couples go Babymoon last time when they were expecting Daksh & BSP. It’s so ridiculous to show this now when the surrogate has just lost their husband and now has to stay away from her son too just so she can accompany them on their Babymoon

Kaira and Keesh went to babymoon together so instead of Ruhi going for sex determination and risking her life which resulted in her accident they could've shown her having accident during Abhimaan RoRu babymoon like Keerti, Keerti was also in coma and baby swap of S2 happened that time. If they showed babymoon that time it would've been exact copy paste of Gen 2 followed by baby swap track.

But babymoon is obv thing for every expecting couple, inko negativitiy hi copy karna hai, positivity naam ki cheez ko bhool gaye ye log! It would’ve been nice if they’ve showed Ar taking care of Ab, instead took a leap so we have to assume he did all those during that leap!!

Simple baat hai. Tab ruhi surrogate nahi thi. 3rd angle kaise late??? ArSa ruhi ko thodi na samalta??? Aur na hi Ab ko left out feel karwa pate.
