Bollywood as an entertainment industry doesn’t just belong to a certain class or group of people where they have to protect themselves from the big bad people of the outside. Be fair and honest about the process of casting and hiring and you won’t have any negative energy.

Do you really think insiders themselves don’t go after each other and try to steal roles, and sometimes succeed? Who takes care of the negative energy and jealousy of insiders?

Arjun wanted Shahid kicked out of Kabir Singh.

Ranbir got Ranveer kicked out of Bombay Velvet.

Alia got Janhvi kicked out of Kalank.

I’m sure there are plenty of other examples out there that we don’t know about.

Like some others, I favour the word "privileged" over "nepo"... it has a wider range. Being privileged isn't something bad or negative as such, however, it becomes bad and negative if the privileged person misuses the privilege or if a person fakes something to get into a privileged position.

After lockdown, it looks like there is a whole stock of nepokids that everyone is trying to sell but nobody's buying

Sara, Jhanvi, Ananya were and are bad actors till date but can't blame them alone as even the movies being released these days are snooze fests.

Movies they were launched in are in no way excellent in terms of the story that any outsider would turn them into a blockbuster.

Out of the ones mentioned, Shraddha, Sonakshi and Varun have still done better than the ones today. I liked Sonakshi in Heeramandi.

Haven't seen these movies except for Gehraiyaan where Ananya was pretty bad.
