Episode begins with Shah family discussing how Rahi’s real papa arrived suddenly after so many years . Rahi and Anupama hug one bother n assures their love n trust in each other . Anupama assures Rahi will always be Anupama and Anuj’s daughter . Anupama apologises for not telling her about her real mother Maya . She did not want Rahi to think wrongly or poorly about Maya .

Baa and Rahi discuss that it’s better the marriage is called off , Kotharis are wrong in targeting Rahi because of her past .
Rahi says she will always love Prem whether she married Prem or not . Rahi gets a call from Prem asking her to meet him immediately at Kanha ji mandir . Rahi arrives and he is there waiting for her . He has arranged mandap and pandit is waiting , he asks Rahi to marry him right there n then , Rahi is shocked . Prem is not bothered about their families or their opinions. .
Prem pulls Rahi to the mandap n hands pandit ji a Mangal sutra , he asks Pandit ji to begin the wedding rituals .

At Shah house Anupama is shocked to see Kothwris arrive . Moti baa, Parag, Gautam and Khyati arrive and confront Anupama for plotting behind their backs . They accuse Anupama of instigating Prem n Rahi to get married secretly . Moti baa threatens to suicide if Prem married Rahi . Shah family is shocked .

At mandir Rahi opposes Prem’s idea and refuses to get married until their marriage is approved by their families . She has yearned for a family since childhood n she was not ready to get married hurriedly , secretly . Prem Rahi have massive argument on their mandir marriage . Rahi defends the Kothwris for their behaviour , Prem accuses her of not being interested in marrying Prem but more interested in Kothari family members n their wealth . Prem Rahi his angry argument n disagreement n he walks away angrily from Rahi . They are shocked to see Kotharis n Shahs at the mandir . He greets the Kotharis saying they were welcome to Prem Rahi break up of the marriage n even their relationship.
Anupama then hugs upset Rahi , she confronts Kotharis for wrongly accusing Rahi n Anupama of plotting to get Prem Rahi married at mandir , Anupama states her daughter has got good upbringing and she will nene r do wring things , they could see for themselves how Rahi opposed Prem’s ideas . Toots their choice to allow Prem Rahi marriage or not , but they better take care if Prem n understand his pain n support him. He needs looking after in the present state .
At shah house Mahi badmouths Rahi for the broken marriage with Prem. Ansh, Ishaani and Pari reprimand her n shut her up , asks her to get mental treatment .
Kothairs feel what happened is not right . They wonder how to correct it .

Anupama and Rahi discuss the situation, Anupama tries to calm her , she comp,Ian’s to Kanha ji for making Rahi’s destiny just like Anupama’s. Rahi wants her love and family . She wants her love as well as family . Is it wrong to expect family support ? Why did Prem not understand her ?

At Kothari mansion Khyati and Prarthna and Anil try to persuade Moti baa and Parag, not to break the alliance because of Rahi’s past . She is not at fault . Rahi could have married Prem at mandir but she wanted but she did not , she even stopped Prem . They plead Parag n Moti baa not to make this loss in this deal , they better get Rahi as Bahu n get Prem back into this family or they will lose him for ever .

Next day morning Anupama is performing Tulasi Pooja and Rahi hugs her quietly . Rahi is overjoyed to learn her marriage to Prem is still on and Kotharis have accepted her .

Prem tells Moti baa how much he loved Rahi n could do nothing for her happiness, Moti baa plans to cut off Rahi’s wings and not allow her any grandiose career plans after marriage .
Anupama gets emotional that it was the last day of Rahi at her maika Henceforth her mummy n maika will miss her forever . Anupama advises her to be patient n adjust to new family .
