Although shivani cant stay too long. Her purpose is to give Armaan saccha mamtaa vala pyaar & hopefully make him see his family's asliyat . Looking at track record, at some point unfortunately she'll be bumped off :(

Shivani's entry can be a catalyst to multiple conflicts in PH and change several dynamics. So she has to be around for those conflicts to reach their peak, and eventually things to get resolved in like 2-3 months or so when they can get back to doing hum saath saath hai.

They just ended RK's ss bcoz of the trp ,that's why the jhatpat reunion so they can full fledgedly focus on the Shivani & vidya kalesh in PH

RK marega toh it won't really matter to audience but they will lose the chance to use him as psycho kaand creator later like they did with yuvraj.
