Characters:

Dushyanth Singhania: Raunak's grand dad.

Nandini Singhania: Raunak's granny.

Ro, Ra and Nandoo kakka are in the studio in the mansion. Ro is practicing for his next concert and Ra and Nandoo kakka are scheduling his timings. 😃

Then the door bell rings and Raunak goes to open it.

Raunak signs and takes the courier in. Robbie and Nandoo kakka came down.

and Raunak opens the courier.
