It was an accident. He was planning to confront them after Christmas. Oldies are laughing because the up until this moment the family knew the uncle was shady but needed proof

I ended up watching this whole episode. Ned’s giggling is the best part of the whole show

I know bad writing/acting/sets lol. I myself stopped with this show in 2021. But this story brought me back. Ned's reaction and Ned/Tracy's comments were the peak part
